Processing Time

Orders will be shipped within 1 week of providing all personalization information and approving a proof (if necessary).  It takes approx 24-48 hours  to complete your order, then your order is shipped 2 business day UPS. Rush orders are welcome for an additional fee, but please contact us in advance of placing your order with what you would like and when you need it by so we can get you a shipping quote and a shipment date.

Proofing Time

Proofs are emailed within 48 hours of providing all of your personalization information. Proofs are required on invitations & photo cards. If you are expecting a proof and have not received it please check your spam box if you have one or contact us.   Order Process   We try to make the order process simple. Here is what happens with a typical order. 1. Customer places order on website 2. Within 24 hours you will receive an email confirmation. We will review your order and request any additional information (if needed). 3. If your order requires a proof or a proof is requested, your proof will be emailed to the email address provided when your order was placed. If you do not receive your proof please check your spam box or contact us. 4. After we receive proof approval from you (if needed) your order will be processed and shipped within 1 week of proof approval. 5. We will send you an email confirming shipment when your order is shipped.
